•The actor getting out of his bed
•A medium shot of the character walking out of his room with his cricket bat.
•A close up shot of his feet as he walks down the stairs.
•The door opening from the inside as he walks in.
•We see him looking into the room.
•See him walk out of the front room into the back
•A big pile of books, files paper etc. And the cat right next to it , we then see a close up shot of his relief to find it was the cat that made the loud noise.
•Him climbing back into bed to go back to sleep.(wideshot)

Sound

•The wind blowing, the sound of a car engine.
• Silence.
•A loud crash, then the gasp of the actor as he wakes up.
•Silence as he is cautious.
•The creek of the opening door.
